Invisalign

Straighten Your Smile Without Anyone Noticing.

Invisalign has spent over two decades quietly refining one idea: clear, removable trays that move teeth as predictably as braces, without the brackets. Today it's the most widely used aligner system in the world, with more than 15 million cases on record. It's the option Dr. Rodney Torres reaches for when a case calls for the most established, most predictable clear aligner.

At your free smile exam, Dr. Torres takes a quick digital scan, shows you a 3D preview of your finished smile, and tells you honestly whether Invisalign is the right fit before you commit to anything.

Your first visit is always a free smile exam, and we accept most insurance plans, including Medicaid. Se habla español.

What Makes It Different

Plenty of clear aligner brands exist now. Invisalign is the one with the longest track record, the most refined planning software, and the broadest range of cases successfully treated.

Virtually Invisible

Smooth, clear plastic trays sit snugly over your teeth. Most people will not notice you are wearing them, even up close.

See the Plan Before You Start

Invisalign's ClinCheck software lets Dr. Torres show you a 3D simulation of your finished smile before your first tray goes in.

SmartTrack Material

Invisalign's proprietary tray material applies gentle, continuous pressure for predictable tooth movement, tray after tray.

Trusted by Millions

More than 15 million people have completed Invisalign treatment. Most dental insurance plans recognize and cover it.

Common Questions About Invisalign

How long does Invisalign treatment take?
+
Most cases finish in 12 to 18 months. Simple alignment can finish in 6 to 9 months, and complex cases can take 24 months or longer. Dr. Torres will give you a personalized timeline at your free smile exam, based on your scan and treatment plan.
Does Invisalign hurt?
+
Most patients feel mild pressure for a day or two after switching to a new tray. That is the aligner doing its job. The discomfort fades quickly, and over-the-counter pain relief handles it for anyone who is sensitive.
How many hours a day do I need to wear my aligners?
+
At least 22 hours a day. That means taking them out only for meals, drinks (other than water), brushing, and flossing. Wear time is the single biggest factor in how well Invisalign works, which is why we are honest about whether it is the right fit before you start.
Can I eat and drink with Invisalign in?
+
Cool water is fine. Anything else, including coffee and tea, should wait until you take the trays out. Heat warps the plastic, and dark drinks like coffee or red wine can stain the trays. Pop them out, enjoy, brush, and put them back in.
Will my insurance cover Invisalign?
+
Most PPO dental plans treat Invisalign the same as braces under their orthodontic benefit. We accept Medicaid for qualifying cases. Bring your insurance card to your free smile exam and we will verify benefits and give you a written estimate before you commit to anything.
Is Invisalign better than braces?
+
Neither is universally better. For mild to moderate cases and patients who will wear them consistently, Invisalign is often the better experience. For complex bite issues or patients who cannot commit to 22 hours a day, braces are usually the better choice. Dr. Torres will tell you honestly which one fits your case.
