What are your Tampa office hours?

Monday and Wednesday we're open 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Tuesday and Thursday we're open 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Closed Friday through Sunday. Evening appointments are great for working parents and students.
What should I bring to my first visit?

Bring a photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, and any recent X-rays or records from your dentist. Plan on about an hour. We'll take a quick digital scan, go over what we're seeing, and map out your options together.
